You agree not to rely solely on outputs from DocumentDecoder when making decisions about insurance coverage, healthcare, billing, appeals, or legal rights. Always verify information with your insurer, provider, or a licensed professional.
3. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use
By using DocumentDecoder, you agree that you will not:
- Upload unlawful, harmful, or misleading content.

4. Accounts & Access

5. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe and renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable and no refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features, functionality, and availability may change, be limited, or discontinued at any time without notice.
7. Intellectual Property
The DocumentDecoder service, including its software, design, branding, and content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the service without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DocumentDecoder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or for losses arising from inaccurate outputs, service interruptions, denied claims, or decisions made based on the information provided.
